Zhejiang Haizhong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. 

(hereinafter called as "Haiyan Manufacturing Base") was established at 2014.It is currently a production and manufacturing base with large capacity and complete supporting facilities. It is close to Hangzhou Bay Bridge and Haiyan Wharf, which is very convenient for water and land transportation. Haiyan Manufacturing Base was officially put into operation in year 2013. It has a number of large steel structure machining workshops, assembly workshops, painting workshops, and equipped with 1500t-45m bridge test bench and 1000t trolley test bench, and a large open-air stockyard of 18,000 square meters. 

Haiyan Manufacturing Base was originally built for the production of nuclear power equipment and large-tonnage cranes to adapt to China nuclear power construction. It is also a nuclear power equipment R&D and test base to promote the localization of nuclear power equipment. It is now an important manufacturing base for various products of ICEC, to provide guarantee for the smooth delivery of the projects undertaken by ICEC

(II) Advanced load test site

According to the standards and morms related to cranes, in order to verify whether the strength of the equipment manufacturing and meshing of each mechanisms meet therequirement of design, static test of main beam and dynamic test of travelling mechanism must be carried out before delivery. Not only ensure the quality of product, also save the spending cost of after-sales service, and safeguard the follow-up  reliable operation of the equipment. 

A. Main beam static load test site (Wuxi base)

There is one bridge crane main beam static load test bench, with the maximum rated load of 1500t，maximum span is 28m.

B. Trolley load test platform (Hangzhou base)

There is one trolley test bench for bridge crane, with a maximum rated load of 1000t, it is responsible for idling test and hoisting mechanism stimulated load test of bridge and trolley travel mechanism.
